The housing scorecard is always an interesting metric for nationwide housing statistics. Nationwide, home prices have stabilized and future trends are expected to increase slowly over the next few years. Distressed sales are down and the number of foreclosures have been decreasing overall since 2009. For some interesting reading, check out the scorecard for the month of March!
