The month of March definitely saw some movement in real estate. The sun is out and buyers are ready to buy. Days on market took a big decrease as buyers are back to jumping on properties within the first few days of being listed. Price per square foot is inching its way back up. Inventory is still low, but the number of pending sales took a HUGE step up this month showing the large number of buyers who left 2014 behind ready to buy this year. Interesting trends foreshadowing another hot summer? We’ll see!
